Paul is an award-winning employment professional with over 20 years’ experience of People Management in the Rail industry. As of April 2025, Paul has now taken over from H&H founder, Jason Hall, as Managing Director, having been with the company since the beginning of 2023. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has worked on prestigious projects and with high profile clients in the Passenger, Freight, and Rail Plant sectors. In 2020 Paul established a consultancy business to specialise in HR Management and Talent Acquisition and is well placed to lead H&H business in to the next phase of its growth.
