Beginning his career in 1984 at Immingham, Steve worked his way through the footplate grades from Driver’s assistant to Driver in 4 years.

In 1990 Steve moved into Driver Management where he has worked in various operational Management roles for heavy freight, local and High-speed passenger services. From July 2020 Steve became of Head of Rail Operations for one of the UK’s newest Rail companies. Always ready for a new challenge, Steve joined Hanson & Hall in February 2022.
